（5）具有安全生产许可证（有效期内）；
（6）拟派项目负责人具有机电工程专业二级及其以上注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书，且未担任其他在建的建设工程项目的项目负责人；
（7）业绩要求：无；
（8）其他要求：无。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (3) It must be a legal person or unincorporated organization established in accordance with the law in China (this project does not accept branches to participate in procurement activities in their own names); (4) Qualified for professional contracting of electronic and intelligent engineering at level 2 or above; (5) Have a safety production license (within the validity period); (6) The person in charge of the proposed project has the professional qualification of a registered construction engineer of grade 2 or above in mechanical and electrical engineering, has a valid safety production assessment certificate, and has not served as the project leader of other construction projects under construction; (7) Performance requirements: none; (8) Other requirements: none.
